Now we have: coins that move, titles that judge, bounties that tempt, logs that remember, and an Owner who definitely shouldn’t be trusted with this much power.

This is Phase IV.

It’s not finished. It’s not perfectly secure. It’s not polite.

But it works — and it’s learning.
